Instructional Design
In July of 2006 Graphics by Jacqueline updated services to include Instructional Design. What is Instructional Design? It is a systematic way of developing instruction that is customized specifically for the learner. This process consists of analyzing the learning needs and goals of the student(s) and developing training media to meet those needs. The training materials can consist of handbooks, workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, websites or all of the above. Through the scientific process of observation and evaluation; successful instructional aids can enhance the learning experience.

Graphics by Jacqueline has created training materials for Usher Boards, Witnessing Teams, Private Corporations, Civic Groups, and individuals. In each case it was important to create effective training materials in order to accommodate the intellectually growing population. Successful results were achieved with continued positive feedback.

In business, academics, and religious environments, people are realizing that learner specific instruction is needed to meet the needs of employees, students and congregations. It is no longer feasible to have someone create a training manual for a group that has not taken into consideration the learning styles of the participants, their background, and most important whether or not a need exists for this specific training.

This is why I would like to become YOUR Instructional Designer. If you are interested in creating effective training materials for your business, civic or religious group please give me a call a 901-413-1440!
